Music For Sleeping

This picture always makes me want to sleep.

Well, the Holiday chaos is officially over.  I've tried many times to "remove myself" from the nuttiness and exhaustion that can come with the Holiday Season.  From avoiding retail establishments to avoiding holiday parties, I've gone down just about every avenue you could think of to steer clear of holiday stress.  Inevitably though, especially since I've been working in public education, it sneaks in and it must be dealt with.


I am extremely militant about getting enough sleep, especially this time of year.  A good night's sleep is one of the best ways to keep you healthy and resilient enough to deal with any extra stress you may encounter.  It does wonders for the immune system and is the best anti-aging remedy around.  Want to look ten years younger?  Get a good night's sleep and see what happens. ;~D

 If you're having a hard time calming your mind and body enough to get a good night's sleep, my first suggestion is to ditch the caffeine.  I also suggest listening to some great, guided meditations, designed to help you relax, turn off your mind and fall asleep.
