That's where I've been.
On my own, self-imposed, BIZ planning retreat.
I just didn't have it in me to pre-write and schedule a bunch of posts that were not inspiring to me.
So, I threw "caution to the wind", didn't post anything last week, surrendered and allowed things to unfold.
I have been chewing on many ideas since December, and it all started to fall into place last week.
I DON'T HAVE A TEAM, YET...
It's just me, so, it takes me a little longer to clarify things because I am currently wearing every hat in my BIZ.
I am COO, creative, sales/marketing and clerical/customer support.
- The idea of having a COO is new, but it really seemed to go hand in hand with the increased attention to my plan, this year.
- Creative has really been on the ball and come up with all sorts of exciting things, including finishing some stuff that's been waiting in the wings.
- And sales/marketing has also come up with with a couple of stellar ideas.
- Unfortunately, customer service/clerical has been complaining of "computer hands", and I am afraid there is a Workman's Comp Claim, not too far behind ;-)
I am ready to step up to the next level.
I am ready to put my money where my mouth is.
I want to have the money to pay someone else to do some of this; give my "computer hands" a rest ;-)
Throughout the rest of this month, I will be sharing some of these new ideas, as well as a huge surprise, which has been a long time coming.
In fact, if you are a regular visitor, I'm sure you've already seen the first big change.
This is going to be exciting.
